Term and conditions

A. No one under the age of seventeen (17) can enter a contest without the consent of a parent or a Legal Guardian.

B. one entry per person per contest.

C. Rules and guidelines will vary. Some restrictions may apply.

D. All winners will be contacted by e-mail and by mail.

E. To claims your winning prize; simply follow the easy instructions in your e-mail notification.

Five we do not hear from you within 7 days of notification, we’ll select an alternate winner.

G. Read all the rules, entry requirements and deadlines of each contest before entering.

H. The Giant Hamburger, or, if applicable, the respective contest sponsor, reserves sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning its contests. All decisions are final.

I. The type of prizes awarded is at the discretion of the contest sponsor.

J. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes, if applicable.

K. Void where prohibited and where all Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply.

L. Prizes cannot be exchanged, substituted or transferred, without the prior written consent of the contest sponsor.

M. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received and are determined by each contest’s specific criteria of awarding prizes.

N. If you are a contest winner you also authorize The Giant Hamburger, and its affiliates and, if applicable, the respective contest sponsor, to use your name, age, address, submission, photographs, illustrations or likeness of you, and home town for promotion purposes and publicity purposes without compensation.

O. These rules are subject to change without notice.

P. Any artwork, text or any other materials of any kind you send to The Giant Hamburger becomes the property of The Giant Hamburger, L.P. (“GH”). By submitting your artwork, text or other material to us, you give us the right to publicly release, display, transmit, distribute, copy and exhibit your work as our property.

Q. Unless otherwise specified, only kids 17 years of age and under can enter or become eligible to win any of the prizes with respect to any contests or make any submissions of any kind to. The Giant Hamburger.

R. Contests are not valid outside the U.S.

S. The Giant Hamburger is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of your entry.

T. You agree that The Giant Hamburger, its subsidiaries, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and respective contest sponsors and employees of each shall have no Liability, in connection with the acceptance and use of prizes awarded, including liability for personal injury and property damage.
